Portraits Beyond the Hour
Every year MSSC is having a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that supports Earth Hour project of WWF-Philippines (World Wildlife Fund). This year the MSSC R&R Committee 2011 made an ambitious initiative the "Portraits Beyond the Hour".
This is a shoot that aims to raise fund in which a portrait of the donor will be captured and the proceeds will be given out to the beneficiary, the WWF. The R&R Committee 2011 headed by Louie, together with Enzo and Ellen partnered with ShutterClique Photography Club on this week long event. Shooting the portraits was scheduled from Monday to Friday covering day shift and night shift operation to accommodate everyone who is willing to donate.
My personal contribution to this activity mainly focused on five areas. 1) Coordination of the photographers of ShutterClique. 2) Pilot shoots with the VIP. 3) Lighting setup during the event. 4) Shooting portraits, I made 40 layouts. 5) Post processing and layout, I handled 200+ layouts.
It was a rewarding work for me to know that I am part of a global initiative. Special thanks to Louie for trusting me on the post processing and layout job.
